Quarter/Arab Needs Home

My neighbor would like to find a home for her 15yr old Arab/Quarter (Doc Bar) mare. She is 15.2 hh. She has been exclusively used as a trail horse. She has never worn shoes and has always been healthy. Owner prefers to give her to someone who has horse experience/riding experience. No beginner's please.
