Please see contact info below:

Our ranch has been almost completely burned off by the Lockheed fire. We are trying to pull things together. A lot of damage was done to the ranch roads by bulldozers creating fire breaks, but Cal Fire and Big Creek Lumber crews are doing restoration jobs. There are many large fir and pine trees that have been fire-gutted at the base and are ready to fall. Fallers will take those down. Lud and I will re-seed pasture, and if all goes well, there will be more pasture and less brush than before.

We have a beautiful and friendly mare, Katerina Bey, whom we bred and raised, that we are offering for sale. We absolutely cannot keep her due to the destruction on the ranch. We have no place for her. She needs a loving person to be her lifelong friend, a good rider with light and sensitive hands. She is light and responsive and has a beautiful trot.

We bred her for endurance and she is very capable on the trails...strong uphill, balanced downhill, has been everywhere. She likes arena work and I think she would make a splendid dressage prospect. Trained with Parelli technique.

Any reasonable offer will be considered. Information and pictures available on request.
